The handcrafted presentation disks are ideal for tasting. In addition to the tasting disks, the Presentation Box ontains samples of cocoa beans, cocoa fragments, cocoa butter, and cocoa paste.

Each coffee bean is a rare Arabica from Brazil, gathered near Salvador do Bahia, slowly roasted, then coated in a dark chocolate produced from the best cocoas.

From the "Los Anconès" plantation on the island of the Dominican Republic, the selected cocoa beans were roasted and ground into fragments. Each fragment was then coated, according to the traditional method, in dark chocolate.
